Bad News, Bad Knee

Well, I wish I could say that I've gotten off to a good start, but I can't. I've only been able to play in eight of our last sixteen games. My right knee is a little swollen right now. I'm not in that much pain, but because of the swelling I have lost some range of motion. I can't really say right now what has caused it. Last year I had a collision at home plate and tore my PCL. I didn't have to have surgery, but it was about a five and a half-week rehab process. I don't know if this has anything to do with the swelling, but I'm hoping that the swelling will go down soon.
The team is looking better though. We've done better on the road than we have at home. Our record is seven and eight. On the road we were six and two. Our pitching is still a little shaky and one of our starters just went on the DL due to a sprained shoulder. We seemed to score at least five runs or more in most of our games. I know that it won't be long till everything clicks and we start playing more consistently.
I've just got everything situated in my new home for the next four months. It's a three-bed room that's fully furnished. The rent is a thousand a month and I have two other roommates. The house is about five minutes away from the field, which makes things much easier for me right now because I don't have a car.
Well, I hope I will have more information for you on my knee next time. So until then I hope you have or had a Happy Easter.
Bubba
